| Abstract: | This article is to summarize the base of the anatomy and physiology,clinical significance,influence factor,false negative of the sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB).The ori-entation,micrometastasis and pathological diagnosis of the sentinel lymph node in patients with breast cancer is also introduced.Before SLNB is routinely applied to practice,fureher in-vestigation is necessary. |
