32例卫氏肺吸虫病的胸部CT分析

目的：探讨肺吸虫病的胸部CT表现。方法：对32例经临床证实的卫氏肺吸虫病的临床与胸部CT所见进行回顾分析。结果：根据本组资料,肺吸虫病的胸部CT表现可为5类,浸润性改变10例,支气管周围炎样改变8例,囊状阴影6例,附壁结节空洞5例,胸腔积液3例。结论：肺吸虫病的胸部CT表现与一般感染性病变不易区别,应结合临床相关检查,但是附壁结节空洞内的“瓜子”状附壁结节影有助于诊断。

Paragonimiasis of the lung:CT analysis of 32 cases

Objective:To study the CT features of paragonimiasis of the lung.Methods:The CT features of 32 cases of paragonimiasis of the lung confirmed clinically were analysed.Results:the CT features of pulmonary paragonimiasis could be divided into 5 types:infiltrative type(n=10),peribronchitic type(n=8),cystic type (n=6),cavernous with attached nodules type (n=5) and hydrothorax type (n=3).Conclusion:CT appearance of paragonimiasis of the lung is similar to other inflammatory diseases,and the differentiation should be combined with clinical findings.The"melon seed" like nodules attached on the wall of the cavity may help the differentiation.
