| 摘 要： | 目的：研究K-ras和p53基因突变与尿路上皮肿瘤的预后关系。方法：应用聚合酶链式反应加单链多态性分析（PCR－SSCP）检测52例尿路上皮肿瘤K-ras和p53基因突变。结果：K-ras基因突变率为9．6％（5／52），p53基因突变率为42．3％（22／52）。结论：尿路上皮肿瘤发生和发展牵涉多基因多步骤途径，p53基因突变对尿路上皮肿瘤预后有预测意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study K ras and p 53 gene mutation in 52 cases of urothelial tumors and the correlation to prognos is.Methods K ras and p53 gene mutation were detected with poly merse chain reaction and single stranded conformation polymorphism in 52 cases of urothelial tumors.Results K ras mutation was observed in 5 cases(9.6%) and p53 mutation,42.3%(22/52).Conclusion The pathog enesis of urothelial tumors was related to the change of various genes through m ultistep process.p53 mutation of urothelial tumors is a significant predictor fo r its prognosis. |
