| 摘 要： | 随着医保面的扩大,暴露出医保支出管理方面的深层次问题。其实质反映了“医、患、保”三方责、权、利的关系,显现了医保管理上的某些缺失与不足。因此,有必要对医保制度运行中存在的难点问题进行分析探讨,提出有益的建议和措施,促进医疗保险事业有序健康运行。
