心脉灵液对内毒素休克大鼠脑组织中氨基酸含量及钙含量的影响

摘    要:观察了心脉灵液对内毒素休克大鼠脑氨基酸含量和钙含量的影响,结果表明:心脉灵液可稳定平均动脉血压,降低死亡率,具有良好的抗休克作用,而且能降低丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶含量,减轻兴奋性氨基酸持续过度释放所引起的神经毒,降低休克时脑组织钙含量和脑系数。提示心脉灵液可能通过抑制兴奋性氨基酸神经毒、抑制钙超载而具有保护脑功能的作用。

Abstract:The effects of Xinmailing Solution on amino acids and calcium content of cerebral tissue in the endotoxic shock rat were investigated. The results showed that Xinmailing Solution could stabilize the mean arterial blood pressure, reduce mortality, and had an effective anti-shock action. The results also showed that Xinmailing Solution could decrease the malondialdehyde content, increase the superoxide dismutase content, reduce the neurotoxicity due to excitatory amino acid persistent release and decrease the calcium content in cerebral tissue.
