| 摘 要： | 目的：观察角膜异物剔除术后贝复舒（碱性成纤维细胞生长因子）治疗的临床效果。方法：69例（69眼）角膜异物剔除的患者，应用贝复舒加氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗作为治疗组，另27例（27眼）应用角膜宁滴眼液加氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗作为对照组。结果：贝复舒治疗组与对照组疗效差异具有非常显著性意义。结论：角膜异物剔除术后贝复舒治疗具有显著效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of bFGF after extraction of corneal foreign body.Methods Sixty nine eyes received bFGF and ofloxacin eye drops after extraction of foreign body of cornea,as a treatment group.Twenty seven eyes received Jiao Mo Ning and ofloxacin eye drops,as a control group. Results There were significant difference of effects between bFGF group and control group.Conclusion There was singificant effects with bFGF eye drops after extraction of foreign body of cornea. |
