DCX方案一线治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

目的观察DCX方案一线治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法多西紫杉醇60mg/m2,静滴,第1天,顺铂20mg/m2,静滴,第1~3天,希罗达1000mg/m2,口服,2次/日,连续14天,休息7天。21天作为1个周期。至少连续治疗2个周期后进行评价。结果全组19例病人,可评价18例,总有效率为61.11%,其中CR2例(11.11%),PR9例(50%),SD4例(22.22%),PD4例(16.67%),平均TTP为6.9个月;血液学毒性主要表现为白细胞减少,III~IV度发生率为27.78%,手足综合征发生率为38.89%。结论DCX方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效确实,不良反应可耐受和控制,可以作为晚期胃癌的一线治疗方案。

Therapeutic effects of taxtere, cisplatin and xeloda on advanced gastric cancer

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects and side effects of DCX regimen(docetaxel, cisplatin combined with Xeloda) on advanced gastric cancer(AGC). Methods: Total of 19 patients with AGC were treated with docetaxel(60mg/m2, vd, d1), cisplatin(20mg/m2,vd,d1~3) and Xeloda(1000mg/m2, twice daily for 14 days). Every three weeks was taken as one cycle. Patients were treated at least 2 cycles. Results: Totally 82 cycles were given, 18 of 19 cases were followed and obserced. The overall objective response rate was 61.11%, with CR 11.11%, PR 50%, SD 22.22%,PD16.67%, the median time to progression (TTP) was 6.9 months; The main hematopoetic toxicity was myelosuppression, occurring in 66.67% of all the patients and grade III~IV neutropenia occurred in 27.78% of all the patients. Hand-foot syndrome occurred in 38.89% of all the patients. Conclusion: DCX regimen is an effective regimen as first line therapy for AGC patients, with tolerable toxicity .
