| 摘 要： | 针刺人体腧穴可以促进脑和脊髓释放出钾离子、钙离子、5-羟色胺、内源性阿片肽等化学物质，可使神经递质的成分发生改变，进而阻滞痛觉的神经传导，发挥针刺镇痛的效果。电针是毫针针刺腧穴取得针感后，再通以微量电流，利用电流对经络腧穴的刺激，以针和电的综合作用，达到治疗疾病目的的一种方法。
