| 摘 要： | 目的通过对粗隆间骨折几种固定方法的比较，选择合理固定物。方法对2001年8月至2007年8月收治的240例粗隆间骨折手术患者进行回顾，其中单侧成角外固定架组96例，动力髋螺钉组88例，股骨近端髓内钉组56例。结果三种方法治疗粗隆间骨折，在骨折愈合时间、术后并发症及术后功能恢复方面无明显差异，但外固定架侵袭性最小，操作简便，手术时间短。结论外固定架手术创伤小，失血少，早愈合，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of optional fixation of intertrochanteric hip fractures by comparing hte effect of various kinds of fixations.Methods From August 2001 to August 2007,240 cases with intertrochanteric hip fractures were followed up.They were treated with the followed three kinds of ooperations respectively:External fixator group(A),Dynamic hip screw(DHS) group(B),Proximal femoral nail(PFN)group(C).Results There is no significant different between three operative methods concerning to dony healing time.Conclusion Extermal fixator is less invasive,easier to perform and with shorter operation time. |
