基于PubMed数据库瘙痒研究文献计量学分析

目的 分析全球瘙痒相关文献概貌，了解研究现状，为更好地开展瘙痒相关研究提供思路和依据。方法 利用汤森路透的TDA软件分析PubMed数据库1970年以来收录的瘙痒相关文献的时间、国家、期刊、作者和高频主题词分布，并制作作者合作网络图。 结果 瘙痒相关文献始于1843年，1970至1980年间发表量相对稳定，之后发表量稳步增长。美国和德国在瘙痒研究领域具有领先优势，日本、英国、意大利和法国的发文量也较多。刊载瘙痒研究文献最多的期刊是《美国皮肤病学会杂志》、《英国皮肤病学杂志》和《皮肤病学文献杂志》。发文量最多的作者分别是美国维克森林大学医学院的Yosipovitch G、德国Maennedorf地区医院重症监护医学与麻醉科的Staender S和德国慕尼黑大学过敏与皮肤科的Ring J。瘙痒研究的高频主题词涉及瘙痒的流行病学、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。 结论 欧美仍是相关领域的研究大国，中国仍需更多的科研团队加入到这一研究领域来提高我国在该领域的学术影响力。瘙痒相关疾病的诊治是该研究领域的主要方向。

A PubMed-based bibliometric analysis on research of pruritus

Objective To give an outline of the development of research on pruritus/itch worldwide by an overview of related literatures from PubMed for providing ideas and basis for further research. Methods Medical literatures on pruritus/itch in PubMed database were analyzed by using bibliometric tools such as Thomson Data Analyzer. The distributions of year, nation, journal, and currently hot topics on pruritus/itch were analyzed. Results The literature of pruritus/itch was traced back to1843, the number of paper published was stable from 1970 to 1980, after that the number was growing rapidly year by year. United States and Germany had leading advantages in the field of pruritus/itch. The numbers of papers from Japan, United Kingdom, Italy and France were on the top, while Yosipovitch G from Wake Forest Medical Center, Staender S from Universit?ts-Hautklinik der Westf?lischen Wilhelms-Universit?t Münster and Ring J from Ludwig-Maximilian University were the top 3 authors in these publications. The journal published the most papers of pruritus/itch were Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, British Journal of Dermatology and Archives of Dermatology. Hot topics in the field of pruritus/itch were related to epidemiology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion United States and European countries were the main regions in this research field. More Chinese research teams are needed to join into this field of pruritus/itch research in future. Clinical aspects are the hot topics in this field.
