131I治疗后早发甲减及难治性甲亢患者临床特征分析

目的 分析甲亢行131I治疗后早发甲减及难治性甲亢患者的临床特点。 方法 在1次行131I治疗患者选取中67例治疗后3个月发生甲减与67例3个月后未发生甲减者比较。 54例多次行131I治疗者与54例首次行131I治疗即治愈者比较。 结果：早发甲减组TPOAb水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。难治性甲亢组病程、FT3、FT4、TRAb、3小时摄碘率、口服131I剂量显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。TSH和TPOAb水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。 结论：TPOAb水平与131I治疗后早发甲减关系密切。病程、FT3、FT4、TRAb水平影响131I疗效。

Clinical characteristics of patients with early hypothyroidism after 131I therapy and patients with refractory hyperthyroidism

Objective: This study was performed to analysis Clinical characteristics of Early hypothyroidism after 131I therapy and patients with refractory hyperthyroidism Methods We choose Sixty-seven patients that had been treated by 131I hypothyroidism after 3 months of treatment compared with Sixty-seven patients without hypothyroidism after 3 months of treatment .54 cases of multiple lines 131I treatment compared with 54 cases who underwent 131I therapy that is cured. Results : Early onset hypothyroidism TPOAb levels were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant. Refractory hyperthyroidism group course, FT3, FT4, TRAb, 131I oral dose was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant. TSH and TPOAb levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion : TPOAb is close with premature hypothyroidism after 131I treatment.
