小儿麻疹并肺炎危险因素分析

【目的】探讨小儿麻疹并发肺炎的危险因素。【方法】采用回顾性研究方法,以本院2002年1月至2005年6月收治的116例麻疹并肺炎住院患儿作病例组,同期住院的134例麻疹患儿作对照组进行调查,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析对麻疹并发肺炎的危险因素进行分析。【结果】年龄、季节、营养不良、近期呼吸道感染史、佝偻病、先天性心脏病史为其独立危险因素。【结论】麻疹并发肺炎与年龄、季节、营养不良、近期呼吸道感染史、佝偻病、先天性心脏病史高度相关。

Analysis of Risk Factors in Children Pneumonia with Measles

[Objective]To investigate the risk factors in children pneumonia with measles. [Methods]Mult ivariate non conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to survey retrospectively the potential risk factors in 116 cases of pneumonia with measles in children in our hospital from January 2002 to June 2005, 134 children with common measles served as controls in the corresponding period. [Results]Age, season, malnutrition,rickets,respiratory recent infection and congenital heart disease were the independent risk factors in chil dren pneumoniae with measles. [Conclusion]In children, pneumoniae with measles are ralated to age, season, malnutrition, rickets, recent respiratory infection and congenital heart disease.
