男性护生心理健康状况调查分析

目的　了解男性护生的心理健康状况 ,为培养其良好心理素质提供依据。方法　采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )对 3 5名男性护生与 2 5 6名女性护生、2 5 0名非护理专业的男生进行调查。结果　男性护生SCL 90总分、因子均分和阳性项目数与女性护生和非护理专业男生比较 ,除恐怖因子外 ,差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　男性护生的心理健康状况较差 ,提示对男性护生要加强心理健康指导

Investigation and Analysis on Psychohealth of Male Nursing Students

Objective To learn the status of psychohealth in male nursing students so as to provide reference for developing good psychological quality in male nurses.Methods 35 male nursing students,256 female nursing students and 250 male students of other majors were investigated with SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale.Results Except the fear subscale, there were significant differences in SCL-90 average subscale and total scale of psychohealth and positive items between the male nursing students and the female nursing students and non-nursing students(P<0.05 or P<0.001).Conclusion The psychohealth of male nursing students is poor.Psychohealth and ideological education should be strengthened in male nursing students.Those with psychological problems should be actively intervened, promoting them to participate in various positive activities and helping them recognize their own value so as to improve their psychohealth and ability of adaptation to society, work and life in the future.
