中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎52例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将94例患儿随机分为中西医结合治疗组（治疗组）52例和西药组（对照组）42例，西药组常规静脉滴注阿奇霉素，口服对症药物；中西医结合组在静脉滴注阿奇霉素的基础上，加用自拟中药方麻杏苏皮汤加减，观察主要症状及体征的改善情况，以时间为参数判定疗效。结果中西医结合治疗组与对照组比较，咳止和啰音消失时间缩短（t值分别为4．98和3．89，均P〈0．01）。胸片正常恢复时间也短（t=2．49，P〈0．05）。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（χ^2=7．75，F=2，P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎比单用两药治疗效果好。

Clinical Observation on the Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in 94 Cases of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia in Children

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrated Chinese Traditional Medicine （ CTM ） and Western Medicine （WM） in treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children. Methods]94 children patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into integrated CTM and WM group （treatment group, 52 cases） and western medicine treatment group （control group, 42 cases ）. The control group adopted therapy of azirinomycin intravenous dropping with suitable medicine orally. Besides the same western medicine treatment, the integrated CTM and WM group treated with traditional Chinese medicine maxing supi tang. The recovery status of main symptoms and signs were observed, the efficacy was judged by the parameter of time. Results ] Compared with the control group, the time of cough and tale disappeared in treatment group was shortened （ t = 4.98, 3.89, P 〈 0.01 ） , and the recovery time of chest film was shortened too（ t =2.49, P 〈0.05 ）. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group significantly （χ^2 = 7.75, v = 2, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ] The efficacy of integrated CTM and WM in treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children is better than that of single western medicine.
