| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆结石相关胆囊癌发病机制中细胞增殖与细胞周期调控失衡之间的关系。方法：随机收集因胆囊结石切除的胆囊标本88例,其中有增生54例;另外收集胆囊癌切除标本27例和正常胆囊标本7例。原位杂交及免疫组化检测主要细胞周期蛋白的表达情况。结果：随着胆囊内膜增生程度的加重,CDK4和Cyclin D1的表达也随之增加,在癌组织中表达量最高。相反的是随着胆囊内膜增生程度的加重,p16的表达也随之减少,在癌组织中表达量最低。结论：胆囊内膜增生程度的改变会导致关键的细胞周期蛋白表达的明显变化,打破了细胞增殖与细胞周期之间的平衡,导致胆囊癌的发生。 |
