| 摘 要： | 目的：通过在体动物实验，探讨Caveolin-1与肝细胞癌侵袭转移和肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法：分别用pGC—FU-caveolin-1过表达质粒慢病毒（过表达组）和空载体慢病毒（对照组）感染人肝细胞癌株SMMC7721，建立肝细胞癌裸鼠模型，在体观察成瘤、转移瘤的大小和数量，应用免疫组织化学技术检测成瘤组织标本中血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）表达、肿瘤微血管密度（MVD）。结果：过表达组成瘤最大体积和转移瘤数量均大于对照组，[（1018．3±231．6）mm3VS（611．7±149．5）mm3，P〈0．01；（5．8±1．3）VS（1．3±1．6），P〈0．01]；过表达组VEGF和MVD水平均超过对照组，[（5．2±2．5）VS（2．74±8），P〈0．01；（31．9±21．3）VS（18．2±15．6），P〈0．01]。结论：Caveolin-1过表达能促进肝细胞癌的侵袭转移和肿瘤血管生成。
