复方丹参片联合维生素C片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的：观察复方丹参片联合维生素C片治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：口服复方丹参片及维生素C片30天、60天、90天后,观察服药前后心绞痛症状、硝酸甘油用量、心电图ST-T改变、血脂等情况。结果：服药90天后,病人心绞痛总有效率96.67%,心电图改善总有效率为80.67%,血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）及低密度脂蛋白（LDL）明显降低（P〈0.05）,高密度脂蛋白（HDL）显著升高（P〈0.05）。结论：复方丹参片及维生素C片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显、价格低廉、病人依从性较好。

Effect of Compound Danshen Tablets combined with vitamin C on treating angina pectoris

Objective：To observe the effect of Compound Danshen Tablets combined with Vitamin C Tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods：To observe the symptoms of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin dosage,ST-T changes on ECG,blood lipids,etc.,after 0,30,60,90d of taking Compound Danshen Tablets and Vitamin C Tablets.Results：After 90 d of taking Compound Danshen Tablets and Vitamin C Tablets,the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 96.67% ,and the total effective rate of ECG improvement was 80.67%.Serum total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride（TG） and low density lipoprotein（LDL） decreased significantly（P0.05）.And high density lipoprotein（HDL） increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Compound Danshen Tablets and Vitamin C Tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris is obvious with low cost and better patient compliance.So it should be worthy of grass-roots hospitals application.
