普米克联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘对肺功能及Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响

目的:探讨普米克联合孟鲁司特对哮喘患者肺功能及Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的影响.方法:70例支气管哮喘患者随机分为普米克组(对照组)35例和普米克联合孟鲁司特组(治疗组)35例.两组均予吸氧、抗感染、用氨茶碱、止咳化痰药等对症治疗.分别测定两组哮喘患者治疗前后的第一秒用力呼气量(foreed expiratory volume in ls,FEV1)和呼气峰流速(peak expiratory flow,PEF),同时采用固相夹心酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测两组哮喘患者治疗前、治疗2周后外周血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4),白细胞介素-12(IL-12)表达水平.结果:两组治疗前后FEV1与PEF均有明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肺功能得到明显改善,治疗组FEV1与PEF改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05).两组治疗后血清IL-4明显下降,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),而治疗组IL-12水平治疗后显著上升,与同期对照组比较差异有显著性

Pulmicort combined with montelukast for treating asthma and its influence on pulmonary function and Th1/Th2 cytokines

Objective：To investigate the influence of pulmicort combined with montelukast on pulmonary function and Th1/Th2 cytokines in asthma patients.Methods：70 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into pulmicort group（control group,35 cases）and pulmicort combined with montelukast group（treatment group,35 cases）.Both the two groups were given the symptomatic treatment such as oxygen inhalation,anti-infection,intravenous aminophyline and reducing spiting.The forced expiratory volume in 1s （FEV1）and peak expiratory flow（PEF）were detected before and after treatment.At the same time,the expression of interleukin-4（IL-4） and interleukin-2（IL-2）in peripheral blood was detected by solid phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）in the two groups within 2 weeks before and after treatment.Results：FEV1 and PEF all were markedly increased before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the pulmonary function in the two groups had obvious improvement.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of FEV1 and PEF（P〈0.05）.Serum IL-4 in the two groups was remarkably reduced after treatment,showing statistical significance compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）.But serum IL-2 in the treatment group was markedly increased after treatment,statistical difference existed compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pulmicort combined with montelukast could improve the pulmonary function obviously in treating asthma,which plays the curative effect by regulating the balance of Th1/Th2 cytokine.
