摘    要:目的:探讨二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对甲状腺肿块诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析176例经手术后病理证实的甲状腺肿块的超声声像图特点,应用二维超声并结合彩色多普勒超声对176例甲状腺肿块患者迸行检查并作出超声诊断,将其结果与术后病理检查结果对照。结果:176例甲状腺肿块手术后经病理证实为甲状腺癌14例,超声诊断甲状腺癌11例,符合率为78.6%;甲状腺瘤69例,超声诊断甲状腺瘤64例,符合率为92.8%;结节性甲状腺肿87例,超声诊断82例,符合率为94.3%;甲状腺囊肿6例,符合率100.0%。结论:二维超声对甲状腺肿块的诊断有一定的规律性和特异性,结合CDFI能提高其诊断符合率,减少漏诊、误诊。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of color Doppler flow image(CDFI) in the diagnosis of goiter based on the retrospective analysis of the ultrasound sonogram features of 176 cases of goiter testified by postoperative pathology.Methods:Two-dimensional ultrasound and color ultrasound were carried out on the 176 cases with goiter to achieve ultrasound diagnosis ,then these data were compared with the results of postoperative pathology.Results:Among 176 cases with goiter,14 cases were diagnosed with thyroid carcinoma by postoperative pathology,11 cases were diagnosed with thyroid cancer by ultrasound,the coincidence rate was 78.6%;69 cases of thyroid adenoma were diagnosed by pathology and 64 cases by ultrasound,the coincidence was about 92.8%;in 87 cases of nodular goiter,82 were diagnosed by ultrasound,the coincidence rate was 94.3%;6 cases of thyroid cyst were diagnosed by pathology and ultrasound,the coincidence rate was 100.0%.Conclusion:Ultrasound has somewhat specificity and regularity in diagnosing goiter,which can achieve the higher coincidence rate,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis by CDFI.
