宜城地区0～3岁儿童视力筛查分析

目的:观察0～3岁儿童视觉发育状况,为儿童眼保健措施提供依据.方法:我所门诊0～3岁儿童1542例,采用美国韦仑公司生产的Suresight手持式自动验光仪进行视力筛查.结果:发现视力异常率达14.46%,不同的性别之间筛查异常率差异无显著性.筛查异常较多表现为散光,其次为远视.散光、远视的异常发生率有随年龄的增长而下降的趋势.结论:儿童视力问题不容忽视,儿童眼保健工作应从小抓起.SureSight手持式视力筛查仪对低龄儿童的视力筛查简单且可靠,有利于早期发现视力异常的儿章,为进行早期干预提供良好时机.

Analysis of vision screening of children aged 0-3 years in Yicheng area

Objective：To understand the visual development status of children aged 3-0 years in Yicheng area to provide the basis for formulating the measures of children eyes care.Methods：1 542 children aged 0-3 years were performed the vision screening test,using Suresight handheld automatic refractometer made by Weilun company.Results：The abnormal rate reached 14.46%, different genders had no significant difference.The screening abnormalities were mainly astigmatism, then farsightedness.The abnormal rate of hyperopia and astigmatism showed the decreasing trend with the increase of age.Conclusion：The children’s vision problem can never be neglected. children＇s eyes care should be grasped since childhood.Suresight handheld vision screening is simple, reliable and suitable for vision screening of young children, which is in favor of early detection of children vision abnormalities and providing good time of early intervention.
