| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗复发性气胸的疗效.方法:复发性气胸患者56例,行VATS治疗.结果:手术时间25～170 min,平均50 min.术后平均住院6 d,无手术死亡病例.术后所有患者气胸消失,肺复张良好,无严重并发症.结论:VATS治疗复发性气胸创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective：To access the curative effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS）in the treatment of recurrent pneumothorax（RPT）.Methods：From August 2000 to October 2006,totally 56 consecutive patients underwent VATS because of recurrent pneumothorax.Results：The time of operation was from 25 min to 170 min,with the median time of 50 min.The average length of stay after operation was 6 d.There was no surgical mortality.Pneumothorax disappeared and lung well reexpanded among all the patients.There was no severe complication after operation.Conclusion：VATS for treating recurrent pneumothorax is mini-invasive with less complications and quick recovery. |
