腹腔镜阑尾切除与开腹阑尾切除术的对比分析

目的：对比经腹腔镜切除阑尾（LA）与传统开腹切除阑尾（OA）的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析2003年4月～2010年4月,按意愿随机进行LA和OA的600例阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果：通过比较两种术式的各种指标,腹腔镜手术组有明显的优势。结论：经LA具有创伤小、手术时间短,恢复快、住院时间短及美容等优点,是治疗阑尾炎理想的手术方式。

Comparative analysis of laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy

Objective：To compare the therapeutic effects between laparoscopic appendectomy （LA） and traditional open appendectomy（OA）.Methods：600 cases were performed LA or OA at random.The clinical data of two methods were summarized and contrasted from April 2003 to April 2010.Results：There were significant differences between LA and OA in various indexes.Conclusion：Laparoscopic appendectomy with less trauma and shorter operative time,quicker recovery,shorter hospital stay and cosmetic advantage,is the ideal surgical treatment of appendicitis.
