腹痛患儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的超声诊断价值

目的:探讨肠系膜淋巴结肿大的超声诊断标准.方法:对498例不明原因腹痛患儿肠系膜淋巴结超声表现作回顾性分析.结果:所显示的肠系膜淋巴结均为多发,其中以有下腹和脐周最多见,占95.98%;其纵径、横径、纵横比值的95%单侧下界值:纵径为6.99 mm,横径为2.69 mm,纵横比值为1.49;腹痛组肿大肠系膜淋巴结纵径、横径均较正常组增大(P＜0.01).结论:高频超声能清晰显示肿大肠系膜淋巴结,正确判断肿大的肠系膜淋巴结对临床诊断具有意义.

Sonographic evaluation of enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in children with abdominal pain

Objective：To investigate the ultrasound diagnostic criteria of enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes,and to evaluate its application value in children abdominal pain.Methods：In 498 cases of unexplained abdominal pain in children,the sonographic manifestations of mesenteric lymph nodes were analyzed retrospectively and statistically.Results：Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes were multiple,most in the right lower abdomen and peri-umbilicus,accounting for 95.98%.The longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and the aspect ratio of 95% of the unilateral lower bound value： the longitudinal diameter 6.99 mm, the transverse diameter 2.69 mm,the aspect ratio 1.49.In the abdominal pain group,the longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes were larger than those in normal group （P0.01）.Conclusion：The high-frequency ultrasound can clearly show enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes.To determine Judging enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes correctly has important significance to correct diagnosis in clinic.
