床旁纤维支气管镜在开胸术病人围手术期的应用

目的:探讨床边纤维支气管镜在开胸手术病人围手术期的使用价值.方法:对医院胸外科的109例开胸手术病人,在手术前、后利用床旁支气管镜进行经鼻气管插管、吸痰、痰培养、灌洗、注药及取异物.结果:109例病人均及时得到开通气道、清除气道内异物及分泌物、肺通气功能及时得到显著改善:吸出的分泌物送培养显著提高了致病菌的检出率,有效地指导了抗生素的选用.结论:床旁纤维支气管镜在开胸手术病人围手术期的使用过程中,在经鼻气管插管、吸痰、取痰培养、灌洗、注药及取异物,对治疗效果起到重要的作用,且无并发症.

Application of bedside fiberbronchoscope to perioperation in thoracotomy

Objective：To study the application value of bedside fiberbronchoscope to perioperation in the patient with thoracotomy.Methods：109 cases undergoing thoracotomy in the thoracic surgical department received nasotracheal intubation,sputum aspiration,taking sputum for culture,lavage,giving medicines and removing foreign bodies before and after operation by beside fiberbronchoscope.Results：109 patients opened airway in time,removed the foreign bodies and secretion.The lung ventilation function was promptly improved significantly.The aspirated secretion was sent for cultivation,which significantly increased the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria and effectively guided the selection of antibiotics.Conclusion：Bedside fiberbronchoscope has the unique superiority in nasotracheal intubation,sputum aspiration,taking sputum for culture,lavage,giving medicine and removing foreign bodies during perioperation period in thoracotomy,which plays an important role to the curative effects without complications.
