NCPAP联用盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床观察

目的:观察鼻塞式持续气道正压给氧(NCPAP)联用盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的血气情况及临床疗效.方法:将52例NRDS患儿随机分为两组,观察组28例采用NCPAP给氧联用盐酸氨溴索治疗;对照组24例采用NCPAP给氧治疗,比较两组治疗前后血气情况及疗效.结果:观察组经NCPAP给氧联用盐酸氨溴索冶疗后PaO2较治疗前升高(P＜0.05),PaCO2较治疗前下降(P＜0.05),pH较治疗前上升(P＜0.05);对照组治疗前后各项血气指标也均有改善;观察组治疗后较对照组PaO2升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而pH和PaCO2两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组并发症低于对照组,显效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:NCPAP给氧联用盐酸氨溴索治疗NRDS患儿能纠正严重低氧血症,改善血气.

Clinical study on effects of easy nasal CPAP combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on treating NRDS

Objective：To investigate the treatment effects of NCPAP combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on the blood gas in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome （NRDS）.Methods：To devide 52 NRDS patients into the treatment and the control groups. 28 in the treatment group were adopted NCPAP combined with ambroxol hydrochloride,while other 24 patients in the control group were treated with NCPAP. Then,the effects were compared between the two groups.Results：PaO2 in the treatment group and the control group increased （P0.05）,PaCO2 reduced （P0.05）,and pH increased（P0.05） after treatment.Meanwhile,compared with the control group,the blood gas,rate of complications and cure rate all were improved.Conclusion：NCPAP combined with ambroxol hydrochloride is an effective method to treat NRDS,which could correct hypoxemia and improve gas blood.
