| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年人鼻出血的相关因素及治疗方法.方法:对82例非外伤性老年鼻出血患者进行回顾性分析.结果:老年人鼻出血患者多伴有全身基础性疾病,出血部位多数在鼻腔后份,经鼻内窥镜下微创填塞,同时处理全身疾病后均达到治愈效果.结论:老年人鼻出血具有一定的特殊性,其治疗需作综合性处理,应当根据其病情作仔细分析,以采取相应的有效治疗方案.

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the correlative factors and therapeutic methods of senile epistaxis.Methods：To make the retrospective analysis in 82 non-traumatic senile patients with epistaxis.Results：The elderly patients with epistaxis were almost accompanied with fundamental systemic diseases,bleeding sites were mostly in the postnaris.Epistaxis was cured by nasal endoscopic minimally invasive stuffing concurrently dealing with systemic disease.Conclusion：Epistaxis in the aged patients has some particularity,which needs the comprehensive treatment.It must make a careful analysis according to the disease condition in order to adopt a corresponding and effective therapeutical regimen. |
