560例老年病人下呼吸道感染病原体监测及预后分析

目的：了解老年病人下呼吸道感染常见病原体及预后的影响因素。方法：回顾分析560例下呼吸道感染住院老年病人的临床资料。结果：老年人下呼吸道感染常见的病原体主要为革兰阴性杆菌,其次为葡萄球菌及酵母样真菌,影响其预后的主要因素是心脑血管病、糖尿病及多脏器功能衰竭。结论：老年病人下呼吸道感染常见病原体的耐药率较高,应根据药敏结果合理用药;心脑血管病、糖尿病及多脏器功能衰竭是影响其预后的主要因素,临床应积极防治。

Pathogens detection from 560 aged cases of lower respiratory infection and its prognostic factors analysis

Objective：To investigate the pathogens from lower respiratory infection （LRI） in aged people and the factors influencing prognosis.Methods：The clinical data of 560 aged people with LRI were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Gram negative bacilli were the main pathogens in lower respiratory infection.Next was staphylococcus and yeast-like fungi.The factors influencing prognosis were mainly cardiocerebrovascular diseases,diabetes and multiple system organ function failure.Conclusion：The common pathogens in elderly lower respiratory infection have the high resistance rates to antibiotics.Should select antibiotics rationally according to the results of susceptibility tests.The factors influencing prognosis should be actively prevented and treated.
