心理干预在肺结核化疗中的调查研究

目的:探讨一般性心理治疗和认知疗法在肺结核化疗患者护理中的作用.方法:将50例肺结核患者随机分为两组各25例.两组均接受相应的内科综合治疗及护理措施,研究组同时给予支持性心理治疗和认知疗法.采用症状自评量表,焦虑自评量表,抑郁自评量表评估治疗后两组患者的心理健康状况.结果:研究组实施心理干预后症状自评量表,焦虑自评量表,抑郁自评量表评分均比对照组下降显著(P<0.05或0.01).结论:心理干预能有效改善肺结核化疗患者的身心症状,提高患者治疗效果,增加患者治疗依从性,从而使患者更快恢复健康.

Investigation of psycho-intervention in pulmonary tuberculosis chemotherapy

Objective：To investigate the role of general psychological therapy and cognitive therapy on nursing care in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis chemotherapy.Methods：50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.Both groups received the appropriate medical treatment and care measures.At the same time,the study group received the supportive psychotherapy and cognitive therapy.The symptom rating scale,anxiety self-rating scale and self-rating depression scale were used to evaluate the mental health conditions in the two groups after treatment.Results：The score of symptom rating scale,anxiety selfrating scale,self-rating depression scale in the study group after the implementation of psycho-intervention were decreased more significantly than those in the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The psychological intervention can effectively improve the physical and psychological symptoms in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis chemotherapy,enhance the therapeutic effect,increase the patient compliance and make the patients recover more quickly.
