肿瘤合并低钠血症78例临床分析

目的:了解肿瘤合并低钠血症的临床特点.方法:对78例原发性肿瘤合并低钠血症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:78例患者中,以肺癌最多,占48.72%,大于60的老年患者低钠血症发生率达62.82%;低钠血症的严重程度与肿瘤分期无明显相关性;既往是否接受放化疗与肿瘤患者发生低钠血症无关(R=0.672).结论:重视肿瘤合并低钠血症的临床特点,有助于该病的早期诊断与治疗,改善预后.

Clinical analysis of 78 patients with cancer complicated with hyponatremia

Objective：To evaluate the clinical characteristics of tumor complicated with hyponatremia.Methods：78 primary cancer patients complicated with hyponetremina were studied retrospectively.Results：（1）Among 78 patients,lung cancer was the most common type（48.72%）.Most patients were more than 60 years old and the incidence rate of hyponatremia was 62.82%.（2）There was no relationship between the severity of hyponatremia and the staging of cancer.（3） There was no relationship between the use of radiotherapy or chemotherapy and the occurrence of hyponatremia（P=0.672）.Conclusion：We should pay more attention to the clinical characteristics of tumor complicated with hyponatremia,which can help to improve early diagnosis and treatment and thus the prognosis.
