卡孕栓联合催产素预防高危妊娠剖宫产术产后出血的临床分析

目的:观察卡孕栓联合催产素用于预防高危妊娠剖宫产术产后出血的效果.方法:将高危妊娠剖宫产产妇112例分为两组,研究组68例胎盘娩出后宫底内放卡孕栓1 mg,同时给予静脉滴注催产素20 U;对照组44例,单用催产素20 U宫体肌内注射.均在胎儿娩出后立即用药.观察产后2 h及24 h出血量.结果:研究组产后2 h及24 h出血量与对照组差异有极显著性(P<0.01).结论:卡孕栓联合催产素能明显减少高危妊娠产后出血量,较好预防术后出血,具有用药方便、快速、安全和不良反应小的特点,值得临床推广.

Clinical observation on oxytocin combined with carboprost suppository in reducing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in high risk pregnancy

Objective：To investigate the effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost suppository in reducing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in high risk pregnancy.Methods：Altogether 112 pregnant women at high risk accepted cesarean delivery were randomly divided into two groups.The observing group was 68 patients and the carboprost suppository（1 mg） was taken in uterus immediately after child delivery and oxytocin 20 U was injected at the same time.The control group was 44 patients and oxytocin 20 U was injected in uterus after child delivery.Hemorrhage quantities at 2h and 24 h were investigated in two groups.Results：During operation and at 2 h after operation,the hemorrhage quantity of the carboprost suppository group was reduced significantly and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less than that of the group injected oxytocin（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of intravenous oxytocin with carboprost suppository is highly effective to reduce hemorrhage and prevent postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean delivery in high risk pregnancy with the advantages of convenience,quickness,safety and less adverse reactions,which is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
