原发性肝癌病人血液指标实验室检测的调查研究

目的:观察原发性肝癌(PLC)病人血液实验室检测指标的异常情况,为PLC的筛查提供遴选合适的有价值的血液检测实验室项目.方法:检测47例PLC组及48例健康对照组的血细胞计数及血清AFP、AFU、CA199、CEA、GGT、ALP、CRP值.结果:PLC组血小板、白细胞、淋巴细胞计数均较健康对照组低,其异常发生率也高于健康对照组,而且以异常减少较为常见.PLC组病人AFP、A-FU、CA199、CEA、GGT、ALP、CRP测定值与异常发生率均较健康对照组高,其异常发生率范围为19.2～83.0%.在AFP与AFU之间;GGT与AFP、AFU、ALP之间:ALP与AFP、AflJ、CEA、CA199之间存在不同程度的正相关关系.结论:PLC可能会引起血小板、白细胞数、淋巴细胞计数减少.联合检测AFP、AFU、GGT、CA199、ALP、CRP、CEA及血细胞计数等实验项目有助于PLC诊断的筛查.

Research on blood parameters of laboratory testing in patients with primary liver cancer

Objective：To observe the abnormal fluctuation of blood laboratory tests in the patients with primary liver cancer,and to select appropriate valuable blood laboratory tests for screening primary liver cancer.Methods：To detected blood cell counts and serum AFP,AFU,CA199,CEA,GGT,ALP,CRP in 47 cases with primary liver cancer and 48 healthy controls.The results were analyzed by SPSS11.5.Results：The counts of platelets,white blood cells,lymphocyte in the patients with primary liver cancer were less than those in the control group,respectively,the abnormal rates of which were also higher than those in healthy control group,and more common abnormalities were reductions in counts.Compared with healthy control group,the abnormal rates of serum AFP,AFU,CA199,CEA,GGT,ALP and CRP levels in the patients with primary liver cancer were higher than those in the control group.The ranges of the abnormal rates varied from19.2% to 83.0%.There had the positive correlation to different extent between AFP and AFU;GGT and AFP,AFU,ALP;ALP and AFP,AFU,CEA and CA199 in the patients with primary liver cancer.Conclusion：Primary liver cancer may lead to reduction in the counts of platelet,white blood cell count,lymphocytes.Serum AFP,AFU,GGT,CA199,ALP,CRP and CEA levels in the patients with primary liver cancer may abnormally elevate.Combined detection of AFP,AFU,GGT,CA199,ALP,CRP,CEA and blood cell counts contribute to the screening diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
