帕金森病合并吞咽障碍50例临床分析

目的:探讨帕金森病患者吞咽障碍的情况和服药特点.方法:收集50例帕金森病患者临床资料,采用饮水试验评价其吞咽功能,并分为轻、中、重度3组,对其症状和服药特点进行比较.结果:50例帕金森病合并吞咽障碍的患者中轻度障碍者占多数(31/50,62%),以僵直为主的帕金森病患者发生吞咽障碍的比例为60%,4例服用3种药物的患者均属重度吞咽障碍组.结论:饮水试验可以发现帕金森病患者轻度吞咽障碍,吞咽障碍的程度影响患者对用药的选择.

Clinical analysis of Parkinson disease complicating dysphgia in 50 cases

Objective：To explore the situation of dysphgia and the characters of taking medicine in the patients with Parkinson disease（PD）.Methods：To collect the clinical data of 50 patients with PD,the swallowing function was assessed by the drinking test.The patients with dysphgia were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups.Their symptoms and characters of taking medicines were compared.Results：Among 50 cases of PD complicating dysphgia,mild cases were predominated（31/50,62%）.The dysphgia occurrence in PD patients with predominating rigidity accounted for 60%.4 cases taking 3 kinds of drugs belonged to the severe dysphgia.Conclusion：The mild dysphgia in the patients with PD will be found by the drinking test.The degree of dysphgia influences the choice of taking medicine.
