武冈市158株结核杆菌耐药性分析

目的：了解武冈市结核病患者结核杆菌的耐药状况,为结核病的防治提供实验依据。方法：连续收集我院2009年2月～2010年3月肺结核患者的结核杆菌158株,采用WHO/IUATLD推荐的比例法,对异烟肼、利福平、链霉素和乙胺丁醇4种抗结核药物进行药敏试验。结果：158株结核分枝杆菌中,91例对4种抗结核药物全部敏感,占57.59%;67例耐药,耐药率为42.41%,以耐链霉素为最高,占34.18%。结论：武冈市结核病患者结核杆菌耐药严重,必须进一步加强对耐药结核杆菌的监控。

Analysis of resistance in 158 trains of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in Wugang City

Objective：To understand the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in tuberculosis patients and to provide the experimental basis for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Wugang city.Methods：158 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculoses isolated from pulmonary tuberculosis patients were collected from February 2009 to March 2010 successively.The anti-tuberculosis drug susceptibility test of isoniazid,rifampicin,streptomycin and ethambutol were performed according to the Guidelines for Surveillance of Drug-Resistance in Tuberculosis recommended from WHO/IUATLD.Results：91 strains of 158 mycobacterium tuberculosis were sensitive to four kinds of anti-TB drugs,accounting for 57.59%,67 strains were drug-resistant with the total resistance rate of 42.41%,in which streptomycin resistance was the highest,accounting for 34.18%.Conclusion：The drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the patients with tuberculosis was severe in Wugang city.So monitoring drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis should be further strengthened.
