川厚灵片改善糖耐量作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察川厚灵片对糖尿病小鼠糖耐量的改善作用。方法:采用正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠,禁食一定时间后分别灌胃给予川厚灵片10、5和2.5g/kg,30min后作淀粉耐量试验,检测淀粉负荷后1~3h血糖水平,并计算血糖曲线下面积AUC及AUC增加值。结果:川厚灵片能明显降低正常和糖尿病模型小鼠给淀粉后1~3h血糖水平,使血糖AUC和ΔAUC显著降低,并推迟血糖达峰时间,剂量关系明确。结论:川厚灵片对正常和糖尿病小鼠淀粉负荷后的血糖水平有明显的降低作用,提示川厚灵片可改善糖耐量。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Chuanhoulingpian on glucose tolerance in diabetic mice.Methods: Diabetic mice was induced by alloxan.Diabetic mice were intragastrically given 10,5,and 2.5 g/kg Chuanhoulingpian after fasting 6h for 7d.Mice in the control group and acarbose group were given tap wa ter and 100 mg/kg acarbose for 7 days,respectively.The level of blood glucose was measured at 0.5,1,and 2 h after starch-administered.Glucose area under curve(AUC) and AUC added value were calculated.Results: The level of blood glucose significantly decreased after Chuanhoulingpian intervention in a dose-dependent manner,as well as the AUC and ΔAUC.Time to achieve the peak in the curve was delayed.Conclusion: Chuanhouling pian can decrease the level of blood glucose after starch administration,indicating that it can improve glucose tolerance capability in diabetic mice.
