Caspase-3和DFF45在复发性结直肠癌中表达的意义

目的探讨Caspase-3和DFF45检测在复发性结直肠癌中判断预后和远处转移中的应用价值。方法采用western blot方法测定41例复发性结直肠癌组织中Caspase-3和DFF45的表达情况。结果 Caspase-3和DFF45的表达与再手术后的患者生存期有关。在患者生存期不到1 a的复发性结直肠癌组织中,Caspase-3和DFF45的表达均很低,而1～3 a和3 a以上的表达水平明显增高,以3 a以上组的表达最高。另外两者的表达与远处转移也有关,伴有远处转移者表达低,而仅局部复发者表达高。Caspase-3的表达与DFF45呈显著的正相关性。结论 Caspase-3和DFF45蛋白的表达可作为判断复发性结直肠癌预后和远处转移的指标,为术后的随访和放化疗方案的制定提供参考依据。

Expression significance of Caspase-3 and DFF45 proteins in recurrent colorectal carcinoma

Objective It is to stady the value of Caspase-3 and DFF45 detection in evaluating prognosis and distant metastasis for recurrent colorectal carcinoma.Methods Forty-one cases of recurrent colorectal cancer tissue were collected to detect the expressions of Caspase-3 and DFF45 by western blot finally.Results There was a positive relationship between Caspase-3 and DFF45 expression and survival.The expression of Caspase-3 and DFF45 in the case with survival 0 to 1-year was very low,while they became higher with the increase in the time of survival.The expression of Caspase-3 and DFF45 were also related with distant metastasis,which was the case with higher expression of Caspase-3 and DFF45 has low chance to get distant metastasis while the one with low expression has high chance.Caspase-3 expression and DFF45 was significantly positively related.Conclusion Caspase-3 and DFF45 can be the indicator to determine the prognosis of recurrent colorectal cancer and distant metastasis,which is helpful for establishment of follow-up after surgery and chemotherapy program.
