2011年枣庄市市中区暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识、行为及HIV感染状况调查

目的]了解暗娼人群艾滋病高危行为特征和性病艾滋病感染状况,为开展有针对性的行为干预和宣教工作提供依据。方法]2011年4～10月,对枣庄市市中区辖区内15家洗浴中心中承认有过商业性行为的372名女性服务人员进行问卷调查并检测HIV和梅毒抗体。结果]合计调查372人,20～40岁的占78.49%;初中及以下文化的占72.85%;在本地居住时间<6个月的占52.15%;艾滋病基本知识知晓率为84.68%。372人中,过去1年接受艾滋病相关服务的占89.25%;艾滋病相关知识来源途径是从朋友、同事处获得的占71.24%,是宣传小册子的占42.74%。372人中第一次发生商业性行为年龄≤20岁的占55.65%;平均每天性伴侣2.3个,最近1次发生商业性行为安全套使用率为87.39%,不用的主要原因为客人不愿用占64.86%(24/37)。最近6个月发生商业性行为的349人中,每次使用安全套的占82.24%。检测372人HIV抗体均为阴性,梅毒抗体阳性率为3.49%。结论]枣庄市市中区洗浴中心暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套使用率均较高。

Survey on AIDS-related Knowledge,Behavior and HIV-infection Among Commercial Sex Workers in Shizhong District,Zaozhuang City,2011

Objective]To understand the situation of high risk behavior,STD and HIV-infection among commercial sex workers,so as to offer scientific basis for developing behavior intervention and education.Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted and HIV test and syphilis antibody test were made among 372 female employees of 15 bathroom-centers in Shizhong district,Zaozhuang city during April-October,2011.The 372 female employees admitted having commercial sexual behavior.Results]A total of 372 commercial sex workers were surveyed.Those aged 20-40 accounted for 78.49%.Those who accepted education less than 9 years accounted for 72.85%.Those who resided in shizhong district less than 6 months accounted for 52.15%.The ratio of having AIDS knowledge accounted for 84.68%.There were 89.25% who accepted AIDS knowledge services in the last year;the route of AIDS knowledge from their friends and colleagues accounted for 71.24%,published pamphlets accounted for 42.74%.There were 55.65% who had first commercial sexual behavior less than 20 years old.The average sexual partners were 2.3 one day.The ratio of using condom in last commercial sexual behavior was 87.39%.The ratio of patron refusing using condom was 64.68%.In 349,there were 82.24% using condom every time during their commercial sexual behavior in the last six months.HIV antibody was negative.The positive ratio of syphilis antibody was 3.49%.Conclusion]The ratios of having AIDS knowledge and using condom during their sexual behavior are higher in bathroom-centers in Shizhong district,Zaozhuang city.
