2型糖尿病患者抑郁症状与人格特征及社会支持的关系

目的了解抑郁症状在2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)患者中的流行状况,分析人格特征、社会支持与抑郁症状的关系,为T2DM患者心理干预治疗提供依据。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)分别对抑郁症状、人格特征及社会支持进行评定。结果 T2DM患者抑郁症状检出率为69.51%,抑郁组人格特征中的E、N维度和社会支持中的客观支持得分均显著高于非抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);人格特征中的性格内向及情绪不稳定,社会支持中的客观支持及总的社会支持均与抑郁程度相关,其中情绪不稳定与抑郁程度的相关性最显著。结论 T2DM患者抑郁症状检出率较健康人高,人格特征和社会支持均与抑郁症状相关,人格特征中的神经质和社会支持中的客观支持是影响T2DM患者伴发抑郁症状的重要因素。

Relationship between depression in type 2 diabetic patients with personality characteristics and social support

Objective To understand the prevalent status of depression symptoms in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and to analyze the relations between depressive symptoms with the personality characteristics and social support to provide the basis for the psychological interventional treatment.Methods The Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Scale(EPQ) and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) were adopted to evaluate the depression symptoms,personality characteristics and social support.Results The detection rate of depression symptoms in T2DM patients was 69.51%.The scores of dimension E and N of EPQ-RSC and the scores of objective support showed statistical differences between the patients with depression and those without depression(P<0.05),depression was significantly related to introversion,emotionality,objective social support and general social support,among which,emotionality was most correlated to depression.Conclusion The detection rate of depression symptoms in T2DM patients is higher than that in normal people.Nervosity and objective social support are the important factors influencing T2DM patients complicating depression symptoms.
