帕罗西汀对伴有抑郁焦虑症状耳鸣患者的疗效观察

目的评价帕罗西汀治疗伴随抑郁焦虑症状耳鸣患者的疗效。方法将伴有抑郁焦虑症状而无听力障碍的80例(139耳)耳鸣患者,随机分为2组,即治疗组39例(68耳),对照组41例(71耳)。2组均给予VitB1、甲磺酸倍他司汀等治疗,治疗组则另加用帕罗西汀治疗。患者治疗前后分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及耳鸣主观评价法进行评测。结果治疗组耳鸣治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(73.6%vs52.1%,P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的HAMD及HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论帕罗西汀佐治耳鸣可明显提高疗效,改善伴随的抑郁、焦虑情绪,可为耳鸣治疗提供一种新途径。

The therapeutic effect of paroxetine on tinnitus patients with depression and anxiety

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of paroxetine in treating tinnitus patients with depression and anxiety.Method A randomized,controlled clinical trial was conducted.There were 41 patients in control group and 39 patients in paroxetine group.The control group was treated only with vitamin B1 and betahistine mesylate,while the treatment group were treated with paroxetine additionally.The efficacy was evaluated by tinnitus patients with rating scale,Hamilton depression(HAMD)rating scale and Hamilton anxiety(HAMA)rating scale before and after the medicine treatment.Results There was 73.6% and 52.1% patients had significant improvement in treatment group and control group(P<0.05).It showed that the score of HAMD and HAMA was much lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Paroxetine is an effective drug for tinnitus patients with depression and anxiety.
