摘    要:该文分析了患者对医院服务的主要需求和情绪反应以及相应的心理需求特点基础,认为我国目前医学生人文教育中由于人文实践活动的缺乏,造成人文知识到人文精神的转变过程脱节;缺乏对患者躯体疾病与心理障碍共病的识别;缺乏医患沟通技巧。并由此提出应增加医学人文教育实践,实现从人文知识到人文精神的转变;加强现代精神卫生问题识别和处理能力的培训;增加医患沟通技巧培训,消除医患交往阻抗。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of patients' demands for service of hospital as well as the features of emotion and psychological requirements,this paper points out several limitations in the medical humanism education including the disjoint of transfer from humanism knowledge to humanism spirit as a result of lack of practice,insufficiency of the identification of the coexistence of somadiseases and mental disorders,and the absence of doctor-patient communication skills. Thereupon,some improvable measures have been put forward to enhance practice activities of humanism education and increase training both of abilities of dealing with mental disorders and doctor-patient communication.
