热休克对维甲酸导致的基因异常表达影响的实验研究

摘    要:本研究目的系统观察热休克和维甲酸共同作用对胚胎生长发育的影响,用Wisar种大白鼠d101期胚胎,应用全胚胎体外培养技术和全胚胎原位杂交-基因表达三维检测技术,结果发现热休克可以降低由维甲酸所致的胚胎畸形发生率以及由维甲酸所致Homeobox2.2基因的异常表达。

THE EFFECTS OF HEAT SHOCK ON HOMEOBOX 2.2 GENEABNORMAL EXPRESSION INDUCED BY RETINOTIC ACID
Abstract:The purpose of the study was observing the effects of heat shock and retinotic acid on development of embryos.The Wistar rat were used.The day 10 stage I embryos were selected.The whole embryo culture and whole rat embryo in situ:gene expression in three dimension were used for this study.The results show that heat shock can reduced the teratogenesis induced by retinotic acid and also the Homeobox 2.2 gene abnormal expression induced by retinotic acid.
