绵阳市K区职工2006与2007年健康状况比较分析

目的保护职工健康，掌握职工的健康状况趋势，更好地防治职工中的常见病，多发病。方法对同一人群前后2年的健康资料进行对比分析。结果2007年血小板减少检出率男、女性均低于2006年，白细胞减少检出率与2006年相比无明显变化。但2007年男、女高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、高尿酸血症；男性高血压病；女性多种妇科疾病等的检出率均较2006年明显增高。其他疾病检出率无明显变化。结论职工人群中高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、高血压病、女性多种妇科疾病等有明显增加的趋势。

Comparative Analysis of Staff Healthy Status in K District of Mianyang City During 2006 and 2007

Objective To protect staff health, to master the trend of their healthy status, so as to prevent and cure the common and frequentlyencountered diseases more efficiently. Methods Two-year physical health data of the same group （3 018 male and 1 150 female staffs） were compared and analyzed. Results Detection rates of thrombocytopenia in both male and female population in 2007 were lower than that in 2006. Detection rates of leukopenia were almost the same as compared with 2006, however, detection rates of hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceriedmia, hyperuricemia in both male and female population, male hypertension and various gynecologic diseases increased obviously in 2007 than 2006. No apparent change had been found in the detection rates of other diseases. Conclusion Hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hypertension, various gynecologic diseases and so on have an apparent increasing trend.
