壶腹癌MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达及其与淋巴结转移的相关性研究

目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP－9）、组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子－1在壶腹癌中表达的意义。方法：采用免疫组化S－P法对32例壶腹癌组织进行MMP－9、TIMP－1的检测。结果：MMP－9、TIMP－1在壶腹癌组织中阳性表达率分别为65．6％（21／32），46．9％（15／32），MMP－9的表达与壶腹癌患者淋巴结转移呈正相关（P＜0．05），而TIMP－1的表达则相反，MMP－9和TIMP－1的表达呈负相关（P＜0．01）。结论：MMP－9可作为判断壶腹癌恶性生物学行为的标记物。人工诱导TIMP－1的表达可能抑制肿瘤的浸润和转移，为肿瘤治疗提供了新的方向。

EXPRESSION OF MMP-9 AND TIMP-1 IN AMPULLARY CARCINOMA AND ITS LYMPH NODE METASTASIS

Objective To explore the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor or metalloproteinase 1(TIMP 1)in ampullary carinoma.Methods S P immunohisochemical method was used to examine the expession of MMP 9 and TIMP 1.Results The expression rate of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were 65.6%(21/32) and 46.9%(15/32) respectively.The expression of MMP 9 was potisively correlated with lymph mode metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of TIMP 1 was negativly correlated to with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was negatively correlation between MMP 9 and TIMP 1.Conclusion The results suggests that MMP 9 might be an important marker to determine the malignant biological behavor of ampullary carcinoma.The expression of TIMP-1 may inhibit the invasion and metastasis of the cancer.
