感音神经性聋听力学定位诊断研究

摘    要:本文采用阈上听力测验,耳蜗电图脑干听觉诱发电位技术对感音神经性聋78例(101耳)进行病变定位诊断研究。结果为耳蜗性病变64耳(63.4%),蜗后性33耳(32.7%),耳蜗及蜗后联合病变4耳(3.96%)。耳鸣为多种声音混杂者蜗后病变可能性较大。阈上听力测验中TTDecay实用价值较大,蜗电图中CM波及其与AP波的关系在定位诊断中具有重要意义。

Abstract:Special hearing test, electrocochleography, and brainstem auditory evoked potential were performed in 78 patients (101 ears) with sensorineural deafness. The results as follows. 1). in 33 ears the observation indicated that the retrocochlear pathway was affected (32.7%); 2). There were no correlation between the site of lesion and age, vertigo, audiogram; 3). the multiple sound tinnitus is an important sign of retrocochlear involvement; 4). TTDecay have a high correlation with electrophysiologic technique, and ABLB, SISI have less practice value; 5). CM wave, the correlation between CM and AP wave were an important index in location of disorder.
