| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。【方法】对78位股骨粗隆间骨折病例应用动力髋螺钉进行治疗。【结果】平均随访17个月，所有病例均在8。14周骨折愈合，优良率100％。【结论】DHS手术操作容易掌握，固定牢靠，患者可早期活动，并发症少，是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the curative effect of dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods] 78 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated by dynamic hip screwDHS. Results] The patients were followed up for an average of 17 months after operation. Bone fractures of all cases were healed in 8- 14 weeks, and the excellent rate was up to 100%. Conclusions] Operative procedure of DHS is easy to master and its fixation is finn. The patients are able to mobilize earlier and the complications are fewer. Therefore, DHS operation is an ideal therapy for intertrochanteric fracture. |
