失下牙槽神经对下颌骨骨折愈合影响的实验研究

目的 研究下牙槽神经对下颌骨骨折愈合的影响。方法 选用中国大白兔32只．分为实验组（去下牙槽神经下颌骨骨折）和对照组（单纯下颌骨骨折），分别在术后第7、14、21、28天处死动物，用苏木精-伊红（HE）染色观察骨痂组织学变化。结果 失神经骨折组在各个时期较单纯骨折组大量纤维组织增生明显，编织骨成熟度较低，骨性骨痂在新生骨痂中比例明显偏低。结论 感觉神经参与骨折愈合，神经损伤后影响骨痂形成的质量。

Effect of inferior alveolar nerve section on mandibular fracture callus

Objective To study the effect of sensory nerve on mandibular fracture.Methods Thirty-two China white rabbits were used and divided into two groups for study.They all suffered from a standardized fracture in the left mandible,and half of them with or withour IAN section.The callus were stainded by hematoxylineosin to observe the way to fracture healing.Results There were a larger quantity of fibrous callus formation,relatively immatured woven bone callus,lower proportion betweeen matured bone callus and immatured bone callus in newly bone callus in the group with IAN sectin than in the group with intact IAN at every stage.Conclusion Sensory nerve may involve in the process of callus formation at early stage and bone remodeling at late stage.Consequently,sensory nerve injury influnces the quantity and quality of newly callus formation.
