| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨恶性肿瘤致股骨近端病理性骨折手术治疗的方法。方法：对1997．8～2003．6期间16例股骨近端病理性骨折患者的手术治疗进行回顾性分析。结果：除一例术后死于急性呼吸窘迫综合症外，余15例无手术并发症，术后疼痛明显缓解，伤口愈合良好，均存活在3个月以上，12例术后继续原发肿瘤的治疗。结论：恶性肿瘤致股骨近端的病理性骨折可积极手术治疗。采用带锁髓内钉或人工股骨头置换加骨水泥固定可取得较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operative treatment of pathological fractures of proximal femur caused by malignant tumor. Methods 16 patients treated by operation were analyzed retrospectively from August 1997 to June 2003. Results Except for one patient died of ARDS after operation, there were no operative complications in the other 15 cases who survived more than three months. The pain was relieved remarkly and the wound healing was well after operation. Conclusion The pathological fractures of proximal femur caused by malignant tumor can treated actively by operation.With the bone cement fixation of the interlocking nail or artificial femoral head,a good effect can be obtained. |
