临床护理路径在腹腔热灌注化疗联合内生场热疗病人中的应用

摘    要:目的]探讨临床护理路径在腹腔热灌注化疗联合内生场热疗病人中应用的效果。方法]随机将100例病人分成两组,对照组48例采用传统护理法,实验组52例采用制定好的临床护理路径护理法,比较两组病人心理焦虑程度、药物不良反应发生率及病人满意度情况。结果]实验组病人心理焦虑程度、药物不良反应发生率比对照组明显减少,病人满意度较对照组明显提高。结论]应用临床护理路径对腹腔热灌注化疗联合内生场热疗病人进行护理可降低病人的心理焦虑程度及药物不良反应的发生率,提高病人的满意度及护理质量。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of application of clinical nursing path for patients undergoing abdominal cavity thermo-perfusion chemotherapy combined with endogenous field thermotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 patients were divided into control group with 48 cases and test group with 52 cases randomly.Patients of control group were give traditional nursing care.And patients of test group were provided with clinical nursing path nursing method.Then psychological anxiety,incidence of drug adverse reaction,and satisfaction of patients were compared between both groups.Results:Compared with control group cases,the anxiety and incidence of drug adverse reaction of test group cases were decreased,and satisfaction degree of patients was enhanced.Conclusion:Nursing care of patients undergoing abdominal cavity thermo-perfusion chemotherapy combined with endogenous field thermotherapy by applying clinical nursing path can decrease anxiety and incidence of drug adverse reaction for patients and enhance both satisfaction degree and nursing quality of patients.
