健康教育知识对骨科患者的影响

目的了解健康知识对骨科患者恢复的影响,为今后进一步开展骨科健康知识普及提供依据。方法自制问卷调查,同时进行康复评估。结果人院的60名胫、腓骨骨折行切开内固定术患者,人院时骨科知识问卷结果：现场处理知识知晓率为3．33％,正确搬运知识知晓率为8．33％;经过在院健康知识教育,能够积极配合治疗,骨科知识认知能够达70％的患者,康复评估为“优”者,占88．8％,不予配合且宣教后骨科知识认知不足70％的患者,康复评估为“优”者,占33．3％（χ^2=18．5,P〈0．01）,差异有统计学意义。结论目前,人们对于骨科一般知识知晓率普遍偏低,通过健康教育对患者康复意义显著,同时,对于骨科疾病的预防也起着重要作用。

Influence of Health Education on Orthopaedics Patients

[Objective]To learn the influence of health education on the recovery of orthopaedics patients and provide basis for further spread of orthopaedics education.[Methods]Self-made questionnaire was made to evaluate restoration of orthopaedics patients.[Results] Among the 60 fibula fracture patients who accepted open reduction and fixation,the witting rate of on-site disposal and moving knowledge were 3.33% and 8.33% respectively;88.8% of the patients who could cooperate with treatment and had 70% of orthopaedics knowledge got an "excellent" in the restoration evaluation,while only 33.3% of the patients who couldn't cooperate with treatment and had less than 70% of orthopaedics knowledge got "excellent"(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Currently,people have low witting rate of general orthopaedics knowledge.Health education is quite significant for the restoration of the orthopaedics patients.
