不同级别卫生监督机构人员学历水平及专业结构现状分析

目的:了解不同级别卫生监督机构人员学历及专业构成情况,为推进卫生监督队伍建设提供依据。材料与方法:通过普查,获取全国卫生监督机构人员基本资料,应用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:(1)省级卫生监督人员学历水平最高,本科以上人员比例为73.13%,具有学位的人员比例为73.07%;(2)从进机构所学专业来看,省市县人员比例差异较大的前三个专业分别为临床医学、公共卫生与预防医学、法学,从最后学位所学专业来看,省市县人员比例差异较大的三个专业分别是临床医学、公共卫生与预防医学、公共管理,专业变动人员比例最高的是县级卫生监督人员,为14.99%。结论:(1)不同级别卫生监督人员学历水平差异较大,但与机构职能定位较匹配;(2)不同级别卫生监督人员学历水平有所提高,但仍与规划要求有差距。(3)不同级别卫生监督人员专业构成有差异,但与机构工作内容相一致。

Analysis on the educational level and major distribution of the staffs in health inspection agencies at different levels

Objective To obtain the data of health inspectors＇ education levels and majors and provide evidences for the health inspection personnel development. Method Data were obtained by general investigation on the health inspection agencies and staff,and data were analyzed by using SPSS16. 0. Result （1）Province-level health inspectors have the best education, with 73.11% graduated from colleges; （2）The proportions of health inspectors at different levels are the most different in preventive medicine, clinical medicine and law when they obtained their first degrees, and preventive medicine, clinical medicine and public management when obtained their last degrees. The rate of inspectors＇ majors changing after entry is the highest at county level, 14. 99%. Conclusion （1）Despite of theimprovement of health inspectors＇ education level, it still can not meet the program goal; （2）Health inspectors with different education levels and majors at different levels match the job requirements of health inspection agencies.
