| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腔内介入治疗颈动脉狭窄患者围术期的临床护理措施。方法回顾164例颈动脉狭窄患者实施腔内介入治疗的临床资料,总结术前、术中、术后的护理措施。结果 164例患者均痊愈出院,无严重并发症发生。结论腔内介入治疗颈动脉狭窄是一种简便、微创的治疗技术,术前的准备、术中的监测、术后的护理和并发症的预防及治疗至关重要,只有配合得当、精心护理,才能够达到预期治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective undergoing endovascu undergoing endovascu To study the perioperative clinical nursing for patients with carotid artery stenosis ar treatment. Methods The clinical data of 164 patients with carotid artery stenosis ar treatments were reviewed to summarize the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing interventions. Results All the 164 patients were discharged after recovery without severe complications. Conclusion Endovascular treatment of carotid artery stenosis is a simple, minimally invasire treatment technique. The success of the treatment depends on preoperative preparation,intraoperative monitoring, postoperative care, and complication prevention and treatment. The desired results are attributed to proper cooperation and intensive nursing. |
